Delivery costs for mainland UK are £4.50 and FREE on all orders over £250 (excluding Highlands, and remote UK islands) unless otherwise stated on the product information. Sample cuttings are free and postage for cuttings is £4.50. Sample orders and small parcels are sent using Royal Mail, and any larger deliveries including fabrics, wallpapers and furniture, will be delivered using UPS or DPD. All deliveries will require a signature. If you are not at home, a slip will be posted through your door and you can arrange a convenient time with the delivery service.
All fabric, trim, wallpaper and sample cuttings will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. All products unless stated in the product description will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days if in stock. All orders made up for you including sofas, chairs and headboards will be delivered in 8 to 12 weeks. These delivery times may vary and are listed under the product information. For all large furniture orders, you will receive a confirmation email with the product and fabric information and any relevant delivery times.
If for any reason the items you ordered are out of stock, delivery will be delayed. We will contact you as soon as possible to check if you wish to wait or would prefer a refund which will be processed straight away.
Fabrics/Trims/Wallpaper: There are no returns on fabric and trims under 5 metres that have been cut for you unless they are faulty or damaged. Please ask for a cutting before placing an order. This will give you the chance to check the colour, texture and type of fabric. We will consider returns on orders above 5 metres depending on the supplier and this will incur a 25% handling fee. We will look into the returns of wallpaper orders above 5 rolls depending on the suppliers terms and this will incur a 25% handling fee. We cannot accept part returns of any wallpaper orders. We may ask you to photograph the damage or fault.
Furniture: As all upholstered furniture will be made up to your specifications and with your fabric, we cannot accept returns. If the piece arrives faulty or damaged we will repair or replace the item once we have assessed the problem. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case. We may ask you to photograph the damage or fault. If you wish to return a non upholstered furniture item, please let us know as soon as possible (including your order number and product information). The item needs to be returned within 14 days at your expense.
Accessories: All smaller items, including side tables, cushions and vases as well as all rugs can be returned at your own expense within 14 days. Please get in touch with us if you do wish to make a return, including your order number and product details, and we will send the paperwork. All items should be returned undamaged and in the original wrapping. As the items are your responsibility until they arrive with us, we suggest using a recorded delivery and packing the items carefully. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a replacement or repair. We may ask you to photograph the damage or fault.
Cancellations and Amendments to Orders: We do look to deal with your orders as soon as possible and if you wish to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch with us within 2 hours of placing the order at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 020 3409 0600. Please note our office hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays when we are closed.
